STEPS ON HOW TO REGISTER THE DEPED NEAP PLAN 379 SIM CARD FOR TEACHERS

What is DepEd NEAP PLAN 379?

The National Educators' Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) will use an information system to track, monitor, and analyze teachers' and school leaders' involvement in learning and development programs, courses, and other Professional Development (PD) initiatives. The information system will also be used to verify participation in activities as a prerequisite for advancement in a job.

Teachers will be given Smart prepaid sim cards by the Department of Education in order for them to participate in National Educators Academy of the Philippines-approved Professional Development Programs and Courses (NEAPPDP).

Except for school heads, supervisors, and other educational managers, positions from Teacher I to III and Master Teacher I to III will be provided a sim card, with priority given to those currently participating in the NEAP-PDP.

To get an account on the information system that will be launched, register your DepEd NEAP-issued SIM card.

Here are the steps on how to register the DepEd NEAP Plan 379

1. Open a web browser and navigate to NEAP SIM Registration Link

2. Select your region and identify your schools division. 

3. Upon selection of the schools division, another web browser tab will be open with a title DepEd NEAP-provided SIM card activation and registration form. 

4. Under the terms and condition, select Yes then click Next

5. The site will confirm if you actually accessed the form from the original link. Select Yes then click Next

6. Enter your personal details such as your name, sex, date of birth 

7. Specify the appropriate information from your work starting from region, schools division, school id, position title and year of appointment. 

8. At the bottom of the form, you are going to type the Deped NEAP provided SIM number. (Please check the package where the number is indicated) 

9. After all fields has been successfully completed, review your entries and click Submit to send your details to the NEAP server for registration. A confirmation text will be displayed to indicate that your registration entry has been saved. 

10. Your registration is done. Please wait for the NEAP to approve your registration. Your load will be refreshed once the registration is verified.
