How to Check the Current Balance of the DepEd 349 Plan SIM (Step-by-step tutorial with images)

All teachers and non-teaching personnels of DepEd can avail and receive the DepEd Sim for free.

DepEd SIM cards will be pre-loaded with the DepEd 349 Plan, which includes 34 GB of monthly mobile data. Upon activation of the SIM Card, recipients will receive 1 GB of data.

• 1.02 GB Study Anywhere (Daily Limit. Renews daily for 30 days with a total of 30GB per month)
• 4.10 GB Shareable Data (Additional extra data per month. Excess usage in the “Study Anywhere” will deduct here)
• 100 MB Free Data from Gigalife
• Excess UNUSED SHAREABLE data will be added to your next month’s Shareable data.

To Check the Current Balance of the DepEd Plan 349 SIM Card:

Method 1: Dial *123*8*3# 

Method 2: Check using GIGALIFE App (must be connected to the internet).

1. Open GIGALIFE App
2. Login your DepEd SIM Number and type your password.
   
   
   
3. Tap the Check Usage.
   
   
   
4. Usage status is shown as indicated in the image. 
   
5. Excess UNUSED shareable data will be added to next month shareable data.
