How to Apply for Senior High School Voucher Program for School Year 2021-2022

Incoming Grade 11 students can now apply to the DepEd's Senior High School Voucher Program for the school year 2021-2022.

From September 9, 2021 through September 23, 2021, you can apply for a Senior High School voucher.

September 21, 2021 is the deadline for creating accounts in the Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP).

On October 11, application results will be posted on OVAP, and voucher redemption will begin.

The Private Education Assistance Committee National Secretariat (PEAC NS) Online Voucher Application Portal is the only way to apply for a Senior High School Online Voucher (OVAP). Manually filed applications will be rejected. The Department of Education (DepEd) shall not accept submission of applications.


Who can Apply and Avail the Senior High School Voucher?

  • All Filipino Grade 10 completers in private schools in SY 2020-2021 who are not ESC grantees
  • All Filipino Grade 10 completers who completed Grade 10 prior to SY 2020-2021 but not earlier than 2016 and had not previously enrolled in Grade 11
  • Filipino Learners who had passed the ALS A&E Test for Grade 10 not earlier than 2016 and had not previously enrolled for Grade 11 or will take the ALS A&E Test in SY 2021-2022
  • Filipino Learners who passed the PEPT for Grade 10 not earlier than 2016 and had not previously enrolled for Grade 11 or will take the PEPT in SY 2021-2022

Automatic Qualified Learners

  • All Grade 10 completers in Public Schools operated by DepEd
  • All Grade 10 completers in SUCs and LUCs
  • All Grade 10 completers in private schools who are ESC grantees

Application Process

  1. Create an Account in the Online Voucher Application Portal.
  2. Receive a verification email. *Make sure that the email address is valid and that the applicant has access to it.
  3. Verify email address to Activate OVAP Account.
  4. Login to OVAP Account with the email address and password provided by the student applicant during the signup process.
  5. Fully Accomplish ALL Sections with corresponding information being asked.
  6. Download Required Pertinent Documents
    1. Annex 1: Affidavit of Family’s Financial Capacity
    2. Annex 2: Parents/Guardian’s Consent Form
    3. Annex 3: Certificate of Financial Assistance (Applicable only to Student Applicants who received financial assistance from their Junior High School (JHS))
    • *The system will automatically generate the documents with pre-filled information based on the details the student applicant has provided.
  7. Follow the instructions stated in Section IV - Supporting Documents.
  8. Scan & Upload Signed & Notarized required pertinent documents to the OVAP user account.
  9. Preview Application.
  10. Attest and Submit the Application.
  11. Check Email regularly for updates on the application.

Application Requirements

  1. Signed and Notarized Annex 1: Affidavit of Family’s Financial Income
  2. Signed over Printed Name Annex 2: Parents/Guardian’s Consent Form
  3. Signed over Printed Name Annex 3: Certificate of Financial Assistance (Applicable only to Student Applicants who received financial assistance from their Junior High School (JHS))
